This last weekend there where a lot of shows - but we did not participated any our self.
On Saturday at the International show in Askersund (where Arwen won BIS last year) I made just a short visit for social training with Bjorne & Babsan (new pictures of Babsan).
Anyway I did get some very nice reports with results from two different shows, the first was from The Sighthound special in Umeå where Anette Edlander judged and she found her winners, in Ch Carry On Lonely-Hearts Racketeer, BOB (from the veteran class). “Bobbie” was our summer guest a few years back, and he is sired by “Robbie” and out of Ch Carry On Bordeaux. BOS went to Ch Carry On Carizma, she is by Ch Carry On Pastrami and out of a granddaughter to “Bobbie” himself. Very well done, Ewa!
Talking of “Arwen”, Mauro Perna send me a SMS from Austria and the FCI Euro Sighthound winner show, this took place at Grafenegg Schloss. I could read splendid results from the litter by Robbie x Arwen. Rivarco Theodor in Love – EXC-2 in intermediate class, best dog and BOS “Terence” Rivarco Thunderbird, winner of the intermediate class with the CC/CAC “Linda” Rivarco The Dancing Queen, and finally “Sookie” Ch Rivarco Tinuviel won BOB & Res-BIS. Judge was Jean Jaques Dupas (F). Booth winners also received the title Euro Sighthound Winner 2010. The finals was judged by Jean Jaques Dupas, Rudi Brandt (Frontrunners, DK) & Jean-Louis Grünheid (F). I would like to send my sincere congratulations to all involved.

Dear folks! Here comes the update already from the last weekend. I will begin with Adagio related results from Saturday, first of all I will inform you that Ch Play A While Nokia (sire of our latest litter) is now also official Danish Champion, this took place in Gillelje - judged by Markku Mähönen (Powder Horn). At The Sightound Club show at Svenstavik, judge Arne Foss (Papermoon) Norway, found his dog CC/CAC winner in Twyborn Ambrose (Ch Adagio Ta Moko x Twyborn Sky High) this CC also made him Swedish champion.
I myself could just participate at Sunday at the International show. This day we had Knut Blütecher (Showline greyhounds) in the middle of the ring, he found his best dog to be Ch Rivarco Quintus – what a joy, Quintus was awarded the CACIB and this made him International champion (only to be confirmed by FCI). I also showed “Tina” Rivarco Tiramisù per Adagio – she won the intermediate class and ended up as second best bitch, with the CAC/CC and Res-CACIB, the winner of the bitch class Ch Burnt Sienna Midsummer Breeze is already an Int Ch so the CACIB will be handed over to Tina. In the competition of BOB, "Bree" won and was later placed as second in the group. I congratulate all involved and my special greeting goes to Italy to say that Quintus is doing really fine here at Adagio, he enjoys the Swedish summer and are very happy (even if it has been raining a lot lately) and what nice results we have achieved with him – first official show (nat) CC at the largest official show in Sweden, then the second official show - CACIB and International champion – we are so thrilled by this and I’m sure that kennel Rivarco are also very proud. I would like to thank Elisabeth & Magnus, who was handy with the camera and my brother Magnus who looked after the remaining dogs at home.
